Scott C-21 particpate in Western Air Defense Sector exercise
A F-16 from the 140th Fighter Wing, Buckley Air National Guard Base, CO, guides a C-21 from the 458th Airlift Squadron, Scott Air Force base, Ill Dec. 13 during Felix 12-4, a Western Air Defense Sector exercise. The short notice exercise involved two scenarios, one where the two C-21 pilots were unconscious and another where the plane had been hijacked with no radio contact.
