AMC commander presents commander's coin to a top WADS performer

Gen. Carlton D. Everhart II, left, Air Mobility Command commander, presents Staff Sgt. Elisa Layton with a commander's coin for being a Western Air Defense Sector (WADS) Star Performer. Layton is a RF Transmission Systems apprentice who recently graduated from technical school at Keesler AFB as a distinguish graduate. She was awarded the "Top Graduate" in IT fundamentals with a 99% test average and recently received her Space Systems Technology Community College of the Air Force degree.
