WADS adds F-15A Eagle static display
The Western Air Defense Sector adds a McDonald Douglas F-15A Eagle static display to the WADS Air Park. The F-15 joins the General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon, McDonald Douglas F-4 Phantom II, and FPS-26A Height Finder Radar. The WADS has been guarding America's skies in the same building 24/7 since 1960 and regularly uses F-15 alert aircraft to perform its mission. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Capt. Kimberly D.
