2017 Washington Air National Guard annual award winners announced
Randy Toulou, a unit readiness training coordinator with the 141st Security Forces Squadron, 141st Air Refueling Wing, is presented with the Civilian of the Year trophy at the Washington Air National Guard’s 9th Annual Awards Banquet held at the American Lake Conference Center on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, Jan. 27, 2018.
