WADS sends Command and Control SMEs to Cope Tiger 2024
Washington Air National Guardsmen (L-R) Tech. Sgt. Joshua Bassett, Maj. Trent Farmer, and 2nd Lt. Tyler Shoemaker, from the Western Air Defense Sector’s 225th Air Defense Squadron, pose in front of the 30th anniversary of Exercise Cope Tiger sign at Korat Royal Thai Air Force Base, Thailand, March 17, 2024. They are command and control subject matter experts who helped Royal Thai Air Force weapons controllers as they conducted tactical intercept mission exercises. This engagement improved readiness and combined joint interoperability between the RTAF and WAANG, while concurrently aiming to enhance strong defense relations as part of the State Partnership Program.
